Location: Sharaton Vancouver Wall Centre
Room:Pavilion Ballroom
Presented by the DOT Net Rock Show (http://www.dotnetrocks.com/)
Moderated By Carl Fraklin and Richard Campbell
While it seemed in the early days that Microsoft would
never have anything to do with Open Source, today Microsoft releases code and
projects into the open source community, and the community creates projects on
the Microsoft platform every day. But what does the future hold? Is the
relationship between Open Source and Microsoft a temporary one? Join Carl
Franklin and Richard Campbell from .NET Rocks as they moderate this panel
discussion on the future of Open Source and Microsoft. Our panellists include
folks who've created Open Source projects on the Microsoft platform, those that
utilize Open Source projects on the Microsoft platform, and even a Microsoft
employee! Attend this session to get your questions answered and join the
discussion!
Panel members:
- Rod Paddock
- Shaun Walker
